The piece features a hand sculpted and painted and female torso, with 3 sowing pins protruding from the bellybutton. The torso is “bound” with raven black thread, to a mini canvas at the hips, armpits, and neck, and thorny, dried wild rose sprigs sprouting from the neck. From the bottom of the torso, a tangle of sculpted entrails peek out, bright against the black canvas.
The canvas measures 4 x 2” while the entire piece (including the sprigs from the neck) measures approximately 8 x 4”
